  2. We advertise and search. We place adverts and contact suitable candidates directly, including in the evenings and at weekends, when many practitioners are easier to reach.
  3. We pre-screen. We check experience, availability and fit before anyone reaches you.
  4. You interview the shortlist. We arrange interviews and help candidates prepare.
  5. Offer and start. We follow up after interviews and support the move into the role.

Fees

There’s nothing to pay unless we make a placement. Fees are agreed with you before we start, and placements come with a rebate guarantee.

Exclusive recruitment

If you’d like a more hands-on approach, you can work with us exclusively on a vacancy. You get a lower fee and no upfront cost, and we can manage your job-board account for you. If we haven’t found the right person within the agreed time, you’re free to open the role to other agencies.
