The Process

  • In-Person Interview. We evaluate candidates based on credentials, personality, passion, integrity, and alertness during face-to-face interviews.
  • Background & Identity Verification   We conduct enhanced DBS police checks and verify identity documents.
  • Reference Verification. We obtain both written and verbal references from previous employers.
  • Pediatric First Aid Certification. All candidates must have an up-to-date pediatric first aid certificate to handle emergencies.
  • Continued Evaluation. Candidates are continuously evaluated based on client feedback and our ongoing involvement.


Candidate Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant industry experience
  • Qualifications in your specialised field
  • Minimum of 2 excellent references from previous employers
  • Professional, hardworking, confident, and flexible attitude
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) and Pediatric First Aid certificate, or be willing to obtain them
  • Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement and work with complete discretion
  • Availability for interviews at short notice
